My Social Skills...Or My Lack Thereof

I've never been much of a conversationalist but it's even worse when I'm on the phone...For some reason when I'm on the phone I just can't think of what to say and add that to the fact that my laughter is, more of often then not, of the silent variety, I make for a poor phone conversationalist. And that's never really bothered me as I don't really talk on the phone much. So it wasn't until recently that I found out what it's like to want nothing more than to talk to someone forever but end up with stilted awkward conversation instead.
Ugh, I'm so annoyed at myself right now...
